The smallest organisation in the city, and a major power in the 1980s before losing Don Sonny Forelli in Vice City in 1986 and further members in 1992 and 1998. By 2001 they are reduced to a single restaurant and never spawn on the streets, appearing only inside missions where they reuse Leone models.
