An African-American street gang that arrived in 1998 and split into two subdivisions. Despite the war between them they share a single pedestrian model, so members of both sides help each other on the street, and D-Ice warns Claude that shooting Nines may make Red Jacks think they are under fire. They are one of only two gangs that never becomes hostile to the player.
