Billy Dexter

Host of Entertaining America on WCTR, an Epsilon Program follower who peppers the show with "Kifflom" and wanted it renamed Stack the Dex. During a 1992 interview he accuses Jack Howitzer of steroid shrinkage; Howitzer pulls a submachine gun he believes is unloaded and shoots him dead on air. Lazlow Jones inherits the show.
