Eldest of the Johnson siblings and leader of the Grove Street Families in Ganton. He blamed Carl for their brother Brian's death in 1987 and has refused to touch drug money while the Ballas got rich on crack. The 1992 drive-by that kills their mother brings Carl home, and Sweet spends the game trying to rebuild a gang two of his own lieutenants have already sold out.
