A retired bank robber living in Rockford Hills under witness protection, born Michael Townley. A deal with FIB agent Dave Norton faked his death in a 2004 job in North Yankton and bought him the house, the pool and the family he spends the game failing to enjoy. Which of the three endings he survives is the player's choice, so no single fate is recorded here.
